Each session is tailored to you-whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating postpartum changes, or simply wanting to feel stronger. Private sessions offer fully individualized programming, while semi- private sessions provide personalized attention in a supportive small group. My goal is to help you move with confidence, reduce pain, and build a strong, balanced body for everyday life.
